I cannot express how thoroughly pleased I am with the staff at Kay Jewelers in the Dayton Mall. I received my beautiful Neil lane engagement ring and band in March 2014 from my fantastic fiancé, shortly after receiving the ring, which my fiancé purchased at a size 7 (I%u2019m a size 5) and one of the diamonds from the halo fell out. %uF04C I was distraught. I went into my local kay jewelers, which is not the store that my fiancé purchased the ring from, he went to a different location while he was training in another city, once there I spoke with the asst. manager Josh and he was able to help me out by sending my ring out to get the diamond replaced and the ring slightly resized. Because the diamond pave around the band of my ring it could only be slightly resized. But I had a new diamond and my ring was complete so I was happy. About another month goes by and the same diamond falls out! Again, I was just horrified! I returned to my local store and again had the pleasure of working with Josh, who again sent the ring off, fitted with a new diamond and added some sizing beads to help with the fit, since it was still too big on my finger. When I received my ring back the second time I was please, the ring was whole and it fit a lot better. Fast forward to September 2014 %u2013 I looked down at my ring and alas the same diamond was missing!!! I went into the local store as soon as I noticed and explained my history to another associate. While discussing sending my ring out for a third time and possible solutions to my sizing dilemma, Josh walked out, he had overheard my conversation and stepped in to help out. He was able to remedy the situation with one phone call to my complete satisfaction! I will be receiving my ring in a couple of weeks newly fitted and diamonds in tact! I couldn%u2019t have had a better experience, even though all of the heartbreaking back and forth, all of the associates at this store were polite, helpful and they empathized genuinely with me. I would tell anyone to stop in at this store for excellent customer service!! Thank you everyone at the store!
