kay jewelers broken rings
I Have had my wedding rings for just a year when the diamond fell out for no reason one day at work(i.e. I work in an office setting) I never even wore my rings to bed always took great care of them they cost close to 10k, when taking my ring to get fixed at kay's we had purchased the warranty, we were told they could not give us a time frame of when I would get my ring back , this was the first week in June, now the middle of July we called kay's for an update on ring and we were told it could be another two months or so., I'm sorry but this is completely unacceptable, I bet if I went back to kay's w/ another 10k it wouldn't take them 3 months to put a ring on my finger probably less than 3 minutes to get that money in their pockets!!!!! If Kay's somehow don't make this right w/ me for all this wasted time I will never step foot in another Kay Jewelrs again as well as everyone I come in contact w/.
